While we understand that everyone has different expectations for what they will receive, we do not provide refunds for the guide or 1-1 calls. This information is compiled with the intent you will follow it exactly how you should. However, each baby is unique and what works for one may not work for the next. This is not medical advice, you should always contact a Doctor for that, this is just me sharing my personal experience and what worked well for us.
